The 3 CGIs for this Maltese private house were required to show the potential of this currently derelict property, which was due to be sold prior to any renovation.  Existing finishes and details had to be reproduced in the images, in particular the stone walls and wooden beams.

With the property being aimed at an international audience, the proximity to the harbour area and Fort St. Angelo were important to communicate - hence the selection of a rooftop terrace image.

We worked with the client team to propose and select the FFE, mixing traditional references with contemporary items.
